Through Melissa’s strategic planning, process creation, and people-leading skills many of the companies she has worked for have been able to double their revenue , operate more smoothly and their owners have gotten back their free time.
Pulling from her Online Business Management Certification and years of experience working with EOS Implementers and Visionaries, Melissa’s process includes identifying pain points in the business, clarifying business goals , and mapping out the processes and team to achieve those goals. Melissa is passionate about helping entrepreneurs create amazing businesses , achieve the freedom only business ownership can bring, and leave people better than she found them.
In her personal life, Melissa is a dedicated wife and mother of 3 living in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is a self-proclaimed cat lady who enjoys fitness, great food, and a nice glass of wine on the weekends!
