Louise has more than 20 years of senior management operational business experience.  Starting her corporate career straight out of University with a HND in Business Studies, Louise quickly became operational department lead for a team of business support officers in a busy Executive Recruitment agency which grew to 3 locations across the UK.

Since 2016 Louise has been working as an Operational Professional with entrepreneurial clients in the online space as a 'right hand' and Director of Operations Pulling on her training as a Certified Online Business Manager and Certified Director of Operations to really propel the business closer to the vision. Louise's invaluable contributions have helped to shape businesses and give teams the autonomy they need to get through the day to day activity of the business.

From North Yorkshire, UK.  Louise lives with her husband, two energetic boys, Luna the Labrador and Wilson the tortoise! With a passion for fitness and nutrition Louise loves going to the gym, wild swimming and hiking in the Yorkshire Dales.
