Kara Barnes
Kara Barnes founded Backstage Ops after 10+ years in operations — including Head of Operations and Integrator roles inside online, service-based businesses — watching growing companies hit the same wall: the systems that got them here stop being enough to get them further.
Somewhere along the way, it crystallized into something simple: business is more fun, and more effective, when people understand what’s expected of them and are set up to succeed — and that takes clear strategy and strong systems, not more hustle.
She’s a Certified Director of Operations, an EOS Integrator Masterclass graduate, and has run Backstage Ops as a fractional operations agency for 5+ years.
